We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Thank you for shopping with The Trigger Store. Because our products are made to order, each item is printed specifically for you after your purchase is placed. For this reason, our return and refund policy differs from traditional retail stores.
1. Order Production
All items sold on our website are print-on-demand products. This means they are produced individually after an order is placed. Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
2. Returns
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Preference for a different color, style, or design
We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:

A clear photo of the item

A description of the issue
If the claim is approved, we will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a refund, at our discretion.
4. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first.
The Trigger Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
However, if your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
6. Order Changes or Cancellations
Because orders are sent to production shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, we cannot guarantee modifications.
