Thank you for shopping with The Trigger Store. The following Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed, produced, and shipped.

1. Order Processing & Production

All products sold on our store are made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partners.

After you place an order, it enters a production process before shipping.

  • Production Time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been produced, it will be packaged and shipped.

2. Shipping Time Estimates

After production is complete, estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Standard Shipping: 10–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Order size and weight

  • Shipping method selected

The final shipping cost will be displayed before completing your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipment confirmation.

5. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to have the package resent.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

While we work with reliable shipping partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volume
